It would be a simple matter to mount this upside down, from a ceiling, aim pinspots on it and call it a chandelier. This piece, with it's stainless steel, granite and glass materials, could live outside. Very beautiful in the snow. An ice storm could only improve it. Snow and ice simply melt away, leaving the work unharmed.
