I am involved in a project called Facial Vision with my friend Suellen Hozman. Facial Vision is an art show of black and white photographs reproduced for the blind for the first time. Three dimensional portraits, touchable art and tactile graphics are the result of adaptive and non-adative technology techniques. Facial Vision is an art show that is equally accessible to people who ae sighted or blind. The show travels and is available for bookings. Suellen reproduced the photos using adaptive techniques so they can be seen with the hands of people who are visually impaired. These tactile graphic techniques include different papers, plaster, and my glass.
